I was just recently diagnosed with PTSD. I don't look at my life as really having trauma(by definition for PTSD) in it. There have been negative experiences that have tremendously impacted my life. There has also been this briefly mentioned possibility that I don't remember some of and possibly the worst trauma(s).

Does anyone know of any good books for people who very possibly do NOT remember their trauma?

Thanks.

(Note: Please do not debate the diagnosis or the whether in reality I could even possibly not remember my trauma. Thank you so much.)
