I was under some stress with my career for quite awhile. I thought I was doing ok until I started getting anxiety attacks. Now I feel anxious everyday, a low mood at times, and trouble sleeping at night. I get vivid dreams at times and hypnagogic hallucinations that keep me from getting enough rest. I've been everywhere for help like medical tests, a mental health assessment, etc. I have ways to cope with how I feel and it helps. There's times though where I struggle again.
