I think I am suffering from PTSD because of my wife's death 11/18/2021. I am so depressed and I'm angry alot. I wake up almost every night because of the nightmare from turn her body over to do cpr. The nights I dont wake to a Nightmare I wake up so depressed that I am sobbing. This really sucks I have never been this depressed ever.

I am sorry for the loss of your wife. Loosing a loved one is never easy. Have you talked to anyone about what you are going through?

Thank you. My daughter and I attend a class called grief share it is nice so far. I am still in a major depression though.
