yesterday we had an ambulance in our street, and I thought it was for me (made me very anxious!). this was at 12:24 A.M, and for the rest of the night I just walked up and down the room waiting for them to come and take me away.
even though it has been 8 months now since my last hospitilisation, it feels like it was only yesterday. |

How awful for you. I was very freaked out by police and ambulance sirens after I was in the hospital for depression. It is so scary.

I think everything seems scarier, and one feels more vulnerable, at night.
