Is it right, that if someone developed learning problems (for example dyslexia) due to psychological trauma tipping their brain over the edge, it's their fault that they have those difficulties?

One of my problems is I got trauma dyslexia from 2012, before 2012 I likely had learning difficulties, but the psychological traumas from 2012 one after the other, made it much worse to the point i was actually disagnosed

i truly dont remember so much of 2012, from that March through to maybe about June or July 2013 is just a big black hole in my brain

As a teenager i would get hit round the head for getting stuff wrong, and yelled at by him as well

Is this my fault?

Definitely not your fault.
