I have been in constant survival mode for 23 damn years and I literally tried everything! No idea what to do and now I am 50 and it is getting worse and I am completely alone. I have nothing and no one. It is grueling not having anyone to talk to even about normal life. 😭

Have you ever tried taking prazosin? It stopped my constant fight or flight
