I am in traditional talk therapy but with someone who specializes in treating trauma with EMDR and other stuff.

Talk therapy plus EMDR plus ego state therapy.

Talk therapy and a long list of meds with my pdoc. CBT and talk therapy with my therapist.

Talk therapy. It's really helping. He's thrown in some exposure therapy stuff, and some CBT stuff. Mostly what has helped is having someone listen to what happened and how I feel without judging, so I can actually sort through it all instead of avoiding it.
