Hello Everyone

I'm feeling alot of stress lately due to starting college...the assignments, the readings, the new ppl...etc.

I wake up stressed out about the day to come...anxious...and fearful that I won't be able to make it through the day.

I go to sleep with my stomach in knots, headaches, body aches...etc.

I feel as though my body is giving out on me. I feel like my body is falling apart.

I don't know how to cope other than to take my medications and stop myself from over dosing.

Does anyone have any helpful advice, suggestions, or comments to help me through this difficult time?

Take it one moment at a time. Plan little things through out the day that you can look foward to. Like a cup of cocoa, a bath, a good book a phone call to a friend a walk to look at leaves. Stuff like that.
