I know the lord is inside me, and when the PTSD attacks again in dreams sleep, I keep reminding myself, it still will not go.....and in day time, if i sit down , the sound is starting again in my head, the sound or the music of a trauma music, it is great music, but it is making me down and more miserable, .........anyways i m better than a few years ago, but i do want the music totally leave the head.
another question is, recently i v met a few catholic friends. I m protestant, I m wondering if a protestant can marry a catholic?

Not allowed to discuss religion. PTSD music etc

You need a new song to cover up the old one, I guess... just as any "sounds" that could be plaguing someone with PTSD, or with me, thunder... loud tv, radio etc to drown it out. If you aren't able to do that, even with headphones, then countering it will be more difficult, and take more time, but you can do it. PTSD music etc
