inkblot,

Does your 'It' refer to PTSD? If so I can certainly understand making a statement with such absolutes!!

I see a little black and white here with always and everything being used. I know when PTSD is triggered I cannot fathom anything in that grey area between everything, everyone and always. It is a scary place to be in.

I'll bet you're overwhelmed right now and could use some support. I'm glad you posted here. Wish we could do more.

There LOTS of room in this area but it just takes a while to learn how to distinguish the greys from the WHITES and BLACKS that are oh so SOLID. Being so solid they don't allow us to see the multitude of options beyond the either or of black/white thinking.

Thanks for chuckle Freakin' thing

Back to Inky though.........PTSD can be one helluva freakin' thing. Thinking of you.
