why is it so hard to maintain a 'normal' outlook on daily life? why is it so hard for me to be complacent? why do i hate people. why do i sabotage myself, and why have I always felt the need to hide? Blechhh.

Hi Ryan, could all of this be because of all of the feelings that you have bottled up that haven't been processed?

Ryan, PTSD is tricky. It takes a while to sort out things, be gentle to yourself. Will you write more?
