I got so overwhelmed and tiggered I ended up with hives. I am going to do body care today. Any ideas on how to do this? I am eating which i had a hard time doing yesterday and it all healthy. I am going to buy some good book. I didnt sleep last night so I am tired.

I have an idea for my next helping post. Ways to take care of your body after trauma. cus it is concerning to me no one had any ideas for me. I dont have alot either but I will pick peoples brain.
