I'm in college and I constantly feel stressed out and tired. It's a daily struggle to get my ____ to college. I try to lay down and do some meditation....and all I do is obess about school, assignments, ppl in the program that annoy me or make me sad.

I do have PTSD and Bipolar 1 .

I feel like my brain is all a mess. My psychologist and psychiatrist say I am doing good. But I feel like crap. Zapped of all my positive energies. Very sad and alone.

Zen ,,, The best place that I have found >> is distracting my thoughts >> and when I have to listen to my thinking place >> I usually vocalize it .

Sometimes the object of our displaced thoughts are not ,, sitting in front of us .

I know ,, I will write out my feelings ,, but I also know ,,,, I can sleep on it ,, and see if a few days later it re surfaces .

Not mean it goes away ,, >> just allows the feelings >> thoughts ,, to find there priority.

WMD.

does your college have any programs to help you get things in order? e.g. at my uni, we have a student services place and they run workshops on time management, how to write essays, procrastination etc. it helps me feel like i'm getting things under control.

this may sound crazy - but are you spending any time doing something you like to do? somtimes taking time out gives you the perspective you need to put things back in place

Making a shedule can help, work out what has to be done and by when and then work on them in that order? dont know if that helps - hope you are feeling less stressed P7
