This is an excellent book by Peter Levine on how to heal from trauma. It helped me immensely in my recovery from complex PTSD. This book combined with therapy was the answer to my problems. I highly highly recommend everybody look at this book. It's real cheap on amazon, like $8 used. Well worth it, I promise.

Love and Hugs,
Tara
