Re: Dear T: I really need to tell you something XLVII

See, you understand me. I think you're the only one. But you don't seem to judge amoral, destructive, or illegal behavior. You just ask me if I want to take a different approach to therapy. Yes....

Re: Dear T: I really need to tell you something XLVII

Glad you liked the horny/suicidal cosine wave from me. I know my CM gave it to you, and I love how you saw it and said "that is definitely something Sam would show us." Glad you know the leader of...

Re: Issues involving mother and boyfriend

I have confronted her many times, but I think it'll require giving her an ultimatum where I no longer take her calls and not spend time with her the way I do now if she continues to make...

Unhappy Re: Daily check in thread: Ups & Downs #33

Me too. :sadhug: And I've realized that it's not just the noise which is bad enough, it's the uncertainty of how long it will last. Hence, the upstairs guests are giving me an uncertainty I don't...

I'm doing pretty good. I've been reading a lot lately and making 2-3 trips to the library each week as a result. It is so nice being able to read again. Books and reading were part of my identity...

Re: Bipolar Check-in #80

I mean, that's a fair assumption. I probably do not talk/write in any sort of feminine manner whatsoever. I blame having a father in construction with no separation between work/home humor haha....

Re: Bipolar Check-in #80

I'm sorry you've been so sick. Vomiting that much is dangerous. I would think it is time to go to the ER or a doctor and get your electrolytes checked at the very least. Take care of yourself.

I do better when I start small. Maybe target one area, a corner of a room or a chest of drawers.
