Yeah I have bad flashbacks from one time when I was 14. I was in the psych hospital in restraints and my blood pressure dropped or something and I was just left there for awhile with the blood...

Spring is here and it's so unusual to not be hypomanic. I've been hypomanic in Spring for most of my life (57). I haven't been hypomanic since the Summer of 2022. Perhaps this is the new normal?
