Re: Longtime Bipolar considering having trusted gp refill my meds

Re: Issues involving mother and boyfriend

I have confronted her many times, but I think it'll require giving her an ultimatum where I no longer take her calls and not spend time with her the way I do now if she continues to make...

Re: Bipolar Check-in #80

I'm sorry you've been so sick. Vomiting that much is dangerous. I would think it is time to go to the ER or a doctor and get your electrolytes checked at the very least. Take care of yourself.

Re: Struggling to clean the house

My helpful hint is to be able to start right after breakfast. Dont have things you have to do first, like take a shower, or exercise. Alternate days you do those things.

What needs doing...

Re: Couch 248: Curiouser and Curiouser

Oh, I read through Betsy-Tacy-Tib a few times. I loved them.

I also loved the original Mary Poppins books. Mary P is nothing like the sugary Disney Mary Poppins. (Who I also enjoyed- but...

Re: Changing my responses

It sounds like you and your kids are quite close, and you enjoy them, and they like being with you. That's very important right now. Your ex-wife sounds rather unstable. Your kids need to know...

Re: How do I just snap out of things?

It could be. But not 7 times a day.

Have you tried dietary foods like plain and light? Some rice with steamed veggies? Oatmeal? Toast? Cottage cheese?

Re: Howling cat

Rechu, I think you might have hit on something about kitty howling because she was cold. That helped me remember a cat I had years ago who would scream when he was cold.

Re: Couch 248: Curiouser and Curiouser

I had Disney Grolier books that came in the post each month and my father would pay £14 for them. Also lots of Enid Blyton and an illustrated Grimme’s fairy tales.
