These are my current meds now after the increases in the abilify and Thorazine and the decrease in Zoloft


Abilify - 20mg (up from 15mg)
Trileptal - 1500 mg
Zoloft - 150mg (down from 200mg)...

Walked on the treadmill for 45 minutes on a level 5 incline at 2.6 speed. Trying to also start taking a long walk outside everyday too in addition to the treadmill everyday.

Gotta practice violin...

Yeah, it's a challenge... I'm just going to concentrate on one thing, I think... otherwise, it can seem overwhelming especially when one is so down with depression.
