Tell someone how you are feeling, and just hug your child. Hold the child, love the child, breathe him/her in. Sometimes the best medicine is a big smooshy baby snuggle. But yes, you need to tell someone...your spouse / SO, parents, friends, doctors...someone. Let them take it from there, because you are not alone so long as you ask for help. (((HUGS)))
