im not so sure what to say right now. i just know I'm really not feeling well, i feel lost, useless, thrown away. The only thing i can think of is not quite sane... and i just want a little help... I'm sorry, I'm sure this isn't worth the time for you guys, and I dont really expect replies. I just wanted to get it out.

phantom, call your doc and tell him how you're feeling. he may help you get thru this. pp depression can intensify. keep posting too. glad you let us know u need support.

lately i have been feeling the same way, i felt so hopeless, like i didn't want to "stay strong"
instead of committing suicide, i started to cut myself, but its been 4 days and 14 hours and 29 minutes now, since i last cut... i hope that you and i can go through all of this with each other, as a friend to lean on... i want to be here for you. |

Tell someone how you are feeling, and just hug your child. Hold the child, love the child, breathe him/her in. Sometimes the best medicine is a big smooshy baby snuggle. But yes, you need to tell someone...your spouse / SO, parents, friends, doctors...someone. Let them take it from there, because you are not alone so long as you ask for help. (((HUGS)))
