The first time I took it (in Sept 2007) mine was 164. Last month it was 148. I think its useful because it helps me see that things have changed for me (a little bit) and maybe things will get better. Other than that, I cannot say that having that score means you are a lunatic or anything. How did it make you feel? What areas of concern were there? (Of course, you don't have to tell me, but if you want to talk about it, I'm listening.)
