I've taken the Sanity Score many times over the course of the past two years.
April 2007 - Score: 111 Major issues: General Coping, Self Esteem, Technology Issues May 2007 - Score: 97 Major issues: General Coping, Depression, Self Esteem, Technology Issues June 2007 - Score: 86 Major issues: General Coping, Depression, Self Esteem, Technology Issues July 2007 - Score: 105 Major issues: General Coping, Depression, Self Esteem, Eating Disorders, Technology Issues August 2007 - Score: 105 Major issues: General Coping, Depression, Self Esteem, Technology Issues September 2007 - Score: 101 Major issues: General Coping, Depression, Self Esteem, Borderline Traits August 2008 - Score: 93 Major issues: General Coping, Self Esteem, Technology Issues September 2008 - Score: 38 (yeah, I don't understand this score either? ![]() No major issues - I think I was either crazy or I was half asleep or something... ![]() And TODAY: November 2009 - Score: 66 Major issues: Self Esteem and Technology Issues So, I can logically conclude: I have a computer addiction. Now, if I wasn't a administrator here and didn't completely depend on the internet to keep me SANE I wonder how I can deal with this issue... And... I have self esteem issues which haven't gone away with now 3+ years of therapy. But on the upside, the antidepressants obviously are working since I'm apparently no longer depressed according to this ![]()

(on 3/30/09) I got a 151 with 10 serious concerns and 4 milder.... and the second time I took it (on 7/1/09) I ended up with a 147 with 10 serious concerns and 3 milder.
..not to much of a change here How can peoples scores change so suddenly and still be accurate? I mean if you buy into this in all.... Oh.. and good luck with your pixel-addiction!
