Hi,

My score was 69, so I have specific issues but overall, I'm okay. Problem is that it didn't pick out a major issue because of how the questions are phrased and some of the assumptions behind the questions.

I am accepting of my life, that means, that yeah, there is a lot that I have missed out and things that make me sad, but day to day, I am a pretty happy person. It does not distinguish between clinical depression and just ordinary everyday unhappiness.

I also worry that while this is not meant as a diagnostic evaluation, people who are fragile and already worried about what could be wrong with them, this may cause them to feel so disheartened, afraid or confused that it may lead to self-harm or even su. I know some years ago when I was feeling panicky and was depressed, something like this use to aggravate my condition.

So, I am wondering how accurate, people felt that, the test reflected their life experience and if it made them feel uncomfortable, more fragile, upset, anxious, etc? I could be wrong about this, and I just happened to be the only one to experience this.
