I scored a 142 which I see over 150 is a "danger zone". I am printing my test out and taking it to my appointment Thursday. I sure hope they can do more with me than just up my meds.....again !! I am glad I took it.

The sanity test - while highlighting some areas, shouldn't really be taken as a diagnosis.

I took the lest once and then took the lest again a couple of months later. The score had gone down when I didn't really think it should.

The test itself imo asks some questions that need further definition but you cant give it. The test is not a Therapist or a P'doc who knows the real you.

Tests can only go so far. Try not to worry about what a computer test throws back at you..... its only ever supposed to be a guide, not final.

The Sanity test isn't supposed to give a diagnosis BUT it does show you things to look into. Maybe it's not as bad/maybe a little worse than what the test says. These tests give you a start, and you did the right thing by printing it out to show your doc. That's the ideal thing to do right after taking the test, showing someone. Now you can get an even more accurate answer to some problems!

Take care!!

The test is your own opinion of how you're doing since you are answering the questions for yourself. It just kind of organizes and shows you better the areas you might be thinking about or having the most trouble in, not really the degree of trouble. It's about feelings and feelings change; you can take it later, like possum says and do better/worse.
