Hi angie, I don't know if one score is good or bad, but it gives you an idea of things you may need to have addressed by a psychologist or psychiatrist.

Think about the things its lists as your problems, are they things you really do have problems with? Are you already in counseling? If not, you should consider going, if you are in counseling, maybe you could print the results (or write them down) and take them into your t.

I sort of look at is as a marker of where I am right now, where I was in the past...I've taken it several times over the past few years and my score goes up and down.

Ok thank you. I will keep track of it. And I'm not seeing a therapist right now. I'm planning on finding one though. And yes it hit on a lot of things. I just never really thought of them being bothersome.
