when i first got here i took the sanity score test and i got 117 that makes me wonder about my mental health and if thats um bad. the test sade i had high mania,depression,obsession,technology issuses (not suprizing though),eating,self-esteem-coping,and dissocation... thats alot of problems, so can someone help me please?

Maybe try talking to someone about it. A parent, friend, doctor, therapist, anything. If you are concerned by these issues you should probably seek help, even if it is unnecessary in the long run.

it shouldn't be used as a diagnostic tool, you know? just some suggestions. are you seeing a T? you probably should... it will help you sort through some of the things the test brought up

thanks i know i shouldn't use it as a diagnostic tool but its really hard to forget that its not real, especailly when everyone you know uses them as such

Dont stress too much about it, if you have someone close to you , talk to them about it, or a therapist, they can def help you.

I am brand-friggin new here and I got a 72. If I were to use this as a diagnosis I would not be here but I know that I need to be. If your score bugs you, don't do the test. Am I out of line to say this?

actually your not out of line your just thinking from a different point of view about the topic, like basically don't be a masichist.
