Well my score went up from a 194 to a 215. Oh well I guess.

That happens. Since the exercise is self-reported, a lot of it has to do with how you're feeling as you are taking it, how you "interpret" the questions for yourself, etc. It's for information. Perhaps you've had a slightly more stressful time of it since the last time you took it. I only take it every 3-6 months, it's kind of a self-check thing to better help me understand what I'm thinking/feeling.

Yeah I've not been feeling too hot here the past week. I figured since I just started I would do it once a week or so to just track how I was doing. I guess I should wait a little while in between each time.

hi angir just took the test mine eas 213 and my schiophrenia was 81
bot i fell like an *** compared to everyone else. I am a really worried.

Everyone has been telling me to pretty much not rely on it that its not a diagnostic tool. And they say you can print it and give it to your T and let them look at it. I know I'm worried myself cause it keeps going up but I'm trying to not let it get to me. And they also say just to use it on tracking how you are doing. And it can depend on how you are feeling when you take it.
