Okay, I took the sanity test and scored an 88. But, I just got done doing some housework, talking on the phone with a friend, grocery shopping, and am now just chilling with my pet rabbit. So, my score is probably lower now than, say, after I've worked 45 hours and have a paper due for school and have house guests coming over and my place is a mess!

That being said, have any of you noticed a difference in your scores depending on what time of day you take the test?

Also, how often should you take the test? I personally believe that one test on one day is not a good overall reflection of a person.

Any input would be very helpful. Thanks!

I think someone should take the test every so often- say once a week? Maybe on the same day, like a Saturday? I'm not entirely sure. Hope you figure out what's best for you.

I aim for once a month or if there seems to be something different. My score bounces around 80s - 100's, so I kind of round it to a 90 something LOL

Since it is all self-reported, yes, it matters how you're feeling, what you're doing/thinking, etc. It's like trying to predict what you might dream about :-) But there is no "perfect" score, aiming for zero ain't gonna happen I don't think. Since everything is on a continuum, if you think about it, if you're too "outgoing" it's probably going to imply that you're not "thoughtful" enough, that sort of thing. One wants balance in one's life, not perfection/no problems.
