sugahorse I took the test a few days ago and I got 129.

I took the test months ago and got 121 and 115, back then my eating disorder score was higher (I think) but now my depression is a lot worse, also anxiety, while my eating disorder is better than it was. I think in all my mood is a lot worse so that's why my score is higher at 129.

Are you ok sugahorse? Anything you want to talk about? x

I just got a 123. Interestingly, certain areas were higher than I expected, while a couple others were lower. I expected general coping and anxiety to be high, and they were. I also expected disassociation to be high but not -that- high! Phobias were higher than I expected and depression was actually only at 50, which is really good for me.

I got 184, which did surprise me a bit. On one thing, my blood turned old, haha. I'm obviously addicted to the computer.

Sorry to hear your score has gone up sugahorse! It's good that you're AWARE of your mood though and taking the test to keep an eye on it. I hope it goes down. Are you getting any help -therapy, meds etc? Therapy could maybe help you work on your critical areas. x

I'm on meds, but don't see a psychologist.
I'm just always on a rollercoaster of emotions; my scores can vary vastly from one day to the next.
Like today I feel incredibly bouncy and have an active mind, and that's after only falling asleep at 11:30 instead of 9PM
