I have a lot of problems with motivation and being addicted to the internet. I feel like I don't accomplish anything with my life.

Hi there,

Don't be too concerned with the sanity score. It is merely an estimation of your issues. If you feel that you have issues you need help with, then you should try to get help for them. Are you currently seeing a therapist?

Not currently. I have seen one in the past for about 2 years. It was helpful, but didn't resolve anything. The final assessment was that I might have ADD, but otherwise didn't have anything diagnosable. I didn't want medication, and all the other suggestions barely helped, so it was unfruitful.

Barbara Sher's book, I Could Do Anything If I Only Knew What It Was helped me with motivation. I really liked all her books though.
