Pick one of the bigger areas you feel you have issues in, join us, and get to work :-)

Do you have a therapist? It can help to print and take your results in to a therapy session, helps with deciding what and what order to work on things.

I got a high number too. I 69. Not as high as yours but I scared myself. I hope you are alright
