Wow I knew I had quite a few things wrong, but I was very surprised to discover how much. I'm seeing a therapist now, and I know I've improved some.

I was especially high on phobias, general copings, anxiety, and depression. Though it makes a lot of since cause I suffer with PTSD, I was wondering if alot of other PTSD sufferers share the same scores etc.

I got a 155 as well, and also have PTSD if that makes you feel any better. It takes time to change. The good thing is that you're seeing someone and have seen some improvement. You can't rely solely on tests like these, they're almost random and very general. I am sure you had some conditional variables that you couldn't attache to your answers. All the nuances of one's personality is blurred in tests like this, so don't worry too much about it.

I too am feeling much better than I did just a year ago. If I had taken this test a year ago, my computer would have had a melt down. So just take the results as fluid marker, not one that accurately assesses your state of mind today.

I got a 130 with 9 serious and 5 mild. I have PTSD also. I actually got 92 out of 100 on that. So don't feel badly. You are not alone. I've been suffering with these issues for 6 years now and I'm only 18. It's awful. Take care!
