for your sanity score to go up 22 points in less than 24 hours? I'm pretty sure it's not but just curious. Any thoughts?

I think it can definitely happen if someone has been through something stressful during the day and then takes the test again.

I think it has to do with what is going on with you that day. It wouldn't suprise me if events in your life and your mood would change the score.
