My score is 41, so I guess I'm sane. My biggest hit was on self-esteem, and I suspect that would go up if I could get myself together and find a new job or career. I'm a bit demoralized because my work no longer satisfies or challenges me. Unfortunately the longer I stay here, the lower my self-confidence sinks and the harder it is to motivate myself to try and leave.

Thanks for the welcome, racee. You sound like my sister. She actually likes looking for jobs! And she's good at it too.

For me it's very scary. I feel like I'd have to spiff up my appearance and my resume. I've gotten so fat. Last time I was job-hunting - 14 years ago - I was actually thin.

It's great to be sane, but it's cool to be weird too
Good luck with the self-esteem one, I you'll get there!

Thanks, Ingrid. Just posting here made me realize I have to do something about about this. Trouble is... I have a great salary and benefits. And I love my coworkers. Yea, I know, we should all have such troubles!

I may need to take up a hobby, volunteer work, or a home business of some kind to meet my need to be challenged or to grow creatively.
