Brink, the score just indicates you have a lot of issues you need to address, that is all.
Many of those issues actually overlap so there are fewer than it looks. The score is useful in helping you get started in some form of therapy. It even helps you help the T provide you with the most helpful kind of therapy. Think of the score as the weight on a bathroom scale. Some of us weigh more than others. Those that weigh a lot can get help to lower the figures. Those that are not weighing enough can get help to correct their eating habits. So try not to feel too badly. You are not hopeless. You are just a person struggling to cope with a lot of issues. Hey, imagine how Rudolph the red nose reindeer felt....but all of his differences and struggles turned out to be an asset not flaw. ![]() ![]() |
