ok, so my score over all was 63, with anxiety, phobias and obsessions/compulsions flagged. however, I was diagnosed with bipolar probably II, by one psychiatrist and the next I saw basically just accepted the diagnosis of bipolar. since going on meds things haven't changed other than improvements from lifestyle changes and I've been feeling like anxiety may be the major problem and was misdiagnosed because of circumstance. i'm early 20's finishing university and was drinking a little much and some impulsiveness, odd for me but in the context of university well within the range of normal. any thoughts?

here's my full scores
General Coping 21
Life Events 22

its ok read the infomation on the sainity score and u will see that its not to be taken for fact, you will see different results over time. Any concerns should be taken to a medical professional, its good to get a second opinion but the sainity score results should be taken with a grain of salt

I second what rapid has to say but will aslo add that over here bipolar is diagnosed differently to the US (where I am presuming you are) and so firstly the advice i give is limited and secondly i think that in the US the criteria for bipolar are a lot simpler and I think a higher percentage are diagnosed with it because of it. Good luck trying to convince a psychiatrist they are wrong though! If in doubt get a second opinion of course. But obviously it is a mood cylcing disorder so yes if you have it you may feel okay now but what about later? and maybe you have just developed your own ways of coping as many people do which has affected your score. Just for reference my sanity score changes every time i do it its a way of measuring how you are coping really and is not a diagnosis tool
