what does my score mean? it said there are 10 serious concerns about me and 4 mild conserns and that i should go and see a mental health professional. i have seen my docotor and she referred me to mind care where they have professionals that are fully qualified to support people with mental health so is that right? am i doing the right thing by going to get the support? am i on the right road?

You are on the right path, getting support.

I think of all these quizzes as a snap shot of where you 'might' be right now, and point you in the direction towards the right road.

You could print out your report and bring it for discussion when you see your support people, it that interests you.

It took me a long to to find that there are many roads to finding mental health, and I am still on the journey.
