my score was 161 can anyone please give me advice on how i can get help i really do feel in despair at the moment thanks

Hey... try to set up an appointment with a psychiatrist ASAP. If you can't afford it, look up a community network service or something similar, they usually don't offer talk therapy, but will listen to your symptoms and give medication accordingly.

And if you need anybody to talk to... please private message me. You can spill your guts out (if you want to) I am always here to listen or give advice where I can.

Hey i got the same score has you. i went to me GP who has reffered me to see a mental health practioner. hope you are ok and if you ever need to talk i will always listen and try and help in anyway i can. take care x
