so i just got a 119 which is the lowest I've gotten over the past couple of months... This one is much different than the previous results though.... and oddly enough my mood tracker is the highest it's ever been today...

That sounds good, Taytaybatt? Around 100 is pretty normal/average/whatever as there's nearly 300 points Looks like you're having some technology issues now and borderline traits? (whatever they are!).

I think I've come to understand for me that the scores are what I'm literally struggling with at the moment; if I think I shouldn't be on the computer as much then that struggle is going to show in technology issues. I know I'm always high in general coping or life events (forget which) because I had a difficult childhood (so how am I to ever fix that? Maybe the way I think about my childhood has been wrong).
