i got 136 in the sanity test its not bad. it did highlight bipolar disorder and major depression. i no its not a diagnoises but this is not the first time ive heard this. my friend said i am unreliable and have some mood swing and rage. im goin to be starting therapy soon and deff goin to give a proper try and discuss the bipolar to see if i have it. this site does deff help getting things of my chest that i can't say out loud and its giving me the chance to actually see what problems i have by posting whats bothering me. i feel a bit more confident in getting help now. if other new people r reading this do post how ur feeling it makes it so much clearer to urself
Thanks for this!

I agree with you. :] I do feel this is a place where I can feel safe talking about my problems without the fear of judgement from others. Hope you find the help that you're looking for. <3
