"Based upon your answers, you appear to be in generally good mental health, with some specific concerns or issues in your life. Most people have such issues to varying degrees -- some seek outside help for them from a mental health professional like a psychologist, psychiatrist or psychotherapist, while others are happy with the way things are in their life. People with similar scores sometimes feel overwhelmed by the occasional stress in life, but usually recover and are fairly resilient."
Well..I guess that makes me feel a bit better, that this is "occasional stress"..although it feels like much more than that now! Geesh! |

Yea... and you're resilient too!! Now that's something I have definetly lost!
Are you seeing a T Ds Mommy? When I first took this quiz my score was terrible, but after 2 years of therapy- it's been way better. I'll admit, I was a real mess when I started and I'm feeling much more stable these days, but there are also days when those whack-a-doodle feelings return and I feel like I've lost it all over again. |

I guess I am hopeful, although doubtful, about the resiliency, too! I have been seeing a T since May..she is awesome, and I really only go when I "need" to..there was a period I didn't go for about 2 months, then I was going every other week..and the past month or two it's been weekly (with phone calls and e-mails in between
![]() I'm glad you are feeling better, overall--I think that's about where I am, too! Are you still in therapy? |
