I'm a tad bit worried about the accuracy of this test because if it's right I may have bipolar disorder. Lol Well technically I would have had it for a little while but still it upsets me a bit. By the way, my score was 101. That's not a bad sign is it?

In my opinion, I would never rely on a test that you have done on the internet.

Yes, it may have told you some of the thigns you feel, and answered some of your questions etc.

But at the end of the day - you really need to see a medical proffesional to be told whether you do actually have bipolar or not, and then if you do they can get you help and medication etc.

Try not to worry about the test to much.

If you have any worries feel free to PM me.

In my opinion this test was accurate for me, in some aspects.

It picked up on my Borderline Personality Disorder, my depression, my substance abuse problems and addictions, and my dissociation.

Though it picked up on PTSD (which I don't have) but have suffered traumatic events.

I think it is fairly accurate.
If you have not officially been d'd with anything, or didn't think you suffered from a psychological condition that required attention, a score of +- 130 should probably sound some alarm bells (My opinion)

I think the Bipolar possibility comes up in a lot of sanity score tests. The main thing you need ot consider is if any of your happy and energetic phases are acceptable, or if they really are more like mania and out of control.

Helpme - you score seems relatively low overall, so I wouldn't be too worried. If it's however getting in the way of you functioning, please seek the help of a professional

Hi helpmegetbetter!

Based on my experience, it's not 100% accurate, but the results weren't too far off from the truth either. If you're concerned about something, print out those results and show it to a Doc.
I agree with Cherry post completely by the way, it's better to be safer than sorry with regards to getting professional help.

Keep posting!
Thanks for this!

It is just as accurate as you are honest. Best advice is not to be nervous.
That's not all that bad, actually, but try to take it easy for a little while. ((( Sweet )))

I would not take the results too seriously. How accurate can these tests be. They are created to get a extremely general picture of the person. But the subtleties of one's personality cannot be detected by tests like these.

I scored 155 and also discovered I have a borderline personality. I don't know, I've been seeing my shrink for quite sometime and that is not an issue we've ever discussed. Maybe I am borderline, but I doubt it.

Relax and just look at the test as a virtual marker...which it is. Not a accurate test, very general. Go talk to your shrink about it.
Thanks for this!
