i have 19 disorders.
what to do?

If this is just the online test talking, you don't "have" 19 disorders. The test doesn't count as an official diagnosis and for good reason: the questions are multiple choice and you can't explain your answers or qualify them in any way. It's all just a correlation: the notion of the test is that people with disorders will answer the questions in certain ways. Just because you answer in the same way, however, does not mean you actually have that disorder. For example, if the question is, "Do you feel tired all the time" and you answer "yes," the test might say you're depressed. However, perhaps you're tired all the time for a different reason, e.g. you have a new baby and your sleep pattern is disrupted. The test doesn't account for the fact that there might be multiple causes for the same symptoms. So really, the only thing to do is to go see a real psychiatrist and see what they have to say.
