I don't think 131 is that "bad" since 100 is around "average" (there are 290+ possible points?). Did anything surprise you or unduly upset you? Any of your biggest concerns you feel like working on? Some things seem easier for me to work on; I'm anxious and there are lots of self-help books and places I can work on that, I think self-esteem is like that too. I figure other, harder stuff is probably related to the more general stuff like anxiety and self-esteem so I start working on the general and find it often helps with the tougher stuff, making it easier by nibbling about its edges. Doing something about coping, anxiety, self esteem, can help reduce the need for the others?

I used to worry a PTSD but I am more afraid to wake up dreaming than anything else.
