Isn't this supposed to get lower the longer you've been in treatment?

no ive been on treatment for 2 years now and im not improving. doctors have no idea whats wrong but only that my moods switch from happy too suicidle thoughts within seconds i can't control it but i know that in time could be months or years that i will get better. so the answer to your question is no...
