The sanity score is helpful for pointing out certain concerns or things you need to address, but has anyone found it helpful to take your results to therapy and discuss them with your T?
I was wondering because I recently started therapy and wondered if it would be a helpful tool for letting the T know which areas need to be addressed. Any responses are appreciated! ![]()

Well, I have never tried that but I would definately go ahead and bring it in and see what happens.

I haven't taken it to my T, but I have wrote down a list of things before which is sort of similar. It wouldn't hurt I believe. I think it'd actually turn out to be a good idea - that is my personal opinion. Give it a shot

Thanks for the feedback! I think I'll take it in next time just to see what he says.
