Jesse lots of issues with depression, anxiety, self-esteem, drug issues, technology issues, and general coping.
I haven't gotten treatment and frankly I don't know when I will, I work constantly and don't own a car to a therapist. I lay awake most nights till 1 am thinkning about life either on sheer terror, or I'll cry about my life and situation. Lord I hold I can get this score lower someday. |

Feymania,
Obviously I'm no expert but I do sympathise with your situation and the fact that therapists cost a fortune. You list a number of issues that the test identified and I assume most of them are linked in some way probably in a viscous circle (ie one causes another which causes the first one and so on). I do have a suggestion though. Could the trouble sleeping being caused by too much work or work being too stressful? Whilst working can take your mind off your troubles, it can also cause more. I went through a period of working long hours a year ago and the tiredness and stress cause me to become incredibly depressed about other areas of my life. You could also try reading a novel when you go to bed. Rather than laying awake thinking, I try to read, even if it's only a few pages until your eyes get tired. It usually distracts my brain from the harshness of reality allowing me to think about the book and not my troubles. Hope this helps, You can get through it |
