I took the sanity quiz, and received a score of 120. Quite honestly, I didn't realize how hard it is to be honest, even to just a test.

You have 4 milder concerns that we've identified."

I know what you mean. It's especially difficult on a test like this one, when you know certain responses will increase your score.

Do you believe the test did fairly accurately measure your issues? (It's supposed to be fairly accurate.) You might want to meet with a counselor and bring your results along. (You don't say whether you have ever met with one before.) Even if the counselor doesn't put much stock in it, he/she will be able to check you out to see what he/she thinks might be going on!

If money is an issue, then there are clinics that charge on a sliding scale--based on what a person can afford.

Feel free as well, of course, to talk to us here. However, I do believe that everyone can benefit from therapy sometimes. I have taken advantage of that opportunity and am much better for it.
