I took the Sanity quiz yesterday and got a score of either 48 or 49. The survey was interesting, but I felt that it needed to be more specific about physical illnesses. I've had hypothyroidism since I was 11 so it's a physical illness I've dealt with most of my life, but there wasn't really a way to explain that in the survey. Also because I have PMDD my symptoms aren't always at the same level so I feel that my score may not be accurate because I was going on how I feel on average rather than when my symptoms are increased.

I guess your frustration is that physical illnesses can led to behavioral effects--such as depression and hypothyroidism? Remember that such a quiz as this one is just a general measurement. I certainly agree that a decent doctor needs to check for such problems before making a mental diagnosis!
