Is the higher or lower numbers bad?

It said i have a 100 in self esteem. And 7 other "serious" concerns.

I know I'm ill and unstable but how does this test help me figure it out?

100- self esteem
75- general coping
75- PTSD
70- mania
67- phobias
65- eating disorders
63- OCD
59- depression
50- borderline traits
42- disassociation
30- schizophrenia
29- anxiety
25- life events

Can anyone explain what these mean to me?

I don't understand?

How about going back and reading the section on how to interpret the test results? My understanding is that higher scores suggest more difficulty in those areas.

Are you in therapy? It is suggested that these scores can be taken in and talked about with the therapist.

I think the scores can vary some, depending on what's happening in our lives. : )

I'm not very good at comprehending things. I read it multiple times but nothing made sense.
I'm not in therapy and I would like it to stay that way. My last T made my life worse.

Thank you for explaining it to me

Sorry I didn't offer much help. But thanks for thanking me......

I would look at the "serious issues" that were flagged. They are the main concern.

How do you feel about the results? Do you feel like you do have a problem with low self-esteem, for instance?

I am sorry you didn't have a good experience with the therapist. I encourage you still to seek out some help in any area that you seem bothered by. But really, 119 as an overall score isn't all that bad. 100 is about average and "normal" as an overall score, so there's no need to panic.

They're close to accurate. Yeah I do have an issue with that. So that's is pretty correct... But there is other things I was kinda hoping it would catch and it didn't... But I guess that's good.

Yeah, I'm not sure it can catch everything--such as multiple personality. I don't recall any questions off hand that dealt with that, but it's been awhile since I actually took the test.
Thanks for this!
